Cancellation & Refund Policy – In Accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law

1. Right of Cancellation

1.1. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 (the “Law”), the customer is entitled to cancel a transaction made on the website within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or from the date of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later.

1.2. A customer who is considered a “consumer with a disability,” “senior citizen,” or “new immigrant” as defined in the Law, is entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months from the date of receiving the product or the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the transaction included a telephone communication.


2. Method of Cancellation

2.1. Cancellation must be made in writing through one of the following:

2.2. The cancellation will be considered valid on the date the notice is received by the business.


3. Return of Products

3.1. Following the cancellation notice, the customer undertakes to return the product to the business address, by courier, registered mail, or in person at the studio.

3.2. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and in “as new” condition.

3.3. A refund will only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

3.4. The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer, unless the cancellation is due to a defective or non-conforming product.


4. Refunds and Cancellation Fees

4.1. The business undertakes to refund the customer within 14 days from the date of receiving the cancellation notice.

4.2. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the transaction.

4.3. The business may deduct cancellation fees of up to 5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 – whichever is lower.

4.4. If the cancellation is due to a defective or incorrect product, the customer will receive a full refund, including shipping costs, with no cancellation fees.


5. Exceptions to the Right of Cancellation

5.1. The right of cancellation does not apply in the following cases:

Products made to order or customized according to the customer’s request (including personalized jewelry, engraved jewelry, etc.).

Products that were used or damaged after delivery.

Products that were opened and cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.

5.2. In any case of dispute, the provisions of the Law shall prevail.


6. Responsibility & Customer Service

6.1. If the product received is defective or different from the order, the customer must notify the business immediately.

6.2. The business will provide either a replacement product or a full refund, according to the customer’s choice and the provisions of the Law.
